Dear friends and colleagues of the ICPF,

It is a great honor and gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our 14th World Congress here in Osaka.

Osaka is the second largest metropolitan area in Japan, with a population of 9 million people. It has historically developed as a town of merchants and has also been called “the nation’s kitchen”.
There is an old saying that Osaka people are financially ruined by spending too much on food.

The theme of this meeting, “Harmony with Technology”, fully endorses the recent evolution of the treatment and care for patients with cleft lip and palate.

This meeting will be held and co-located with the 65th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as a collaborated meeting (on-site and on-demand).

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Osaka.
